Shortlisting at the Constructing Excellence in Wales Awards

26 April 2017

We are thrilled to announce that this year, Opus is a finalist in several categories at the Constructing Excellence in Wales (CEW) Awards, with the awards ceremony set for July 14th at Celtic Manor in Newport.

Opus’ supportive culture is clearly reflected in this year’s shortlisting, with our Learning and Development initiatives recognised in the People Development category. Matthew Le Masurier and Gillian Steele are both finalists in the Young Achiever category. We wish Matthew and Gillian the very best of luck!

Congratulations should also go to our client, Interserve Construction, whom we worked with on the Dyfatty High-Rise project to refurbish a 1960s block of flats in Swansea and which is shortlisted in the category for Integration and Collaborative Working.

We have heard that there were 134 entries this year, so it’s a great achievement to gain this initial recognition.
