Wallaceville Research Centre Valuation, Wellington, New Zealand

Opus carried out a study to develop concepts and evaluate associated costs and risks for the establishment of a National Centre for Biosecurity and Infectious Disease at the Wallaceville Animal Research Centre campus in Upper Hutt. The purpose of the study was to provide options for the development of a business case by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (MAF) and Engineers for Social Responsibility (ESR) for the establishment of the National Centre.

                                                                                   

Development of Business Process Mapping for Asset Management Systems for Nelson City Council, New Zealand

The project involved working with council staff to map the processes currently used for asset management, carrying out a gap analysis comparing their current processes with desirable asset management techniques and recommending improvements to council
