“The real strength of the Reticulation Certificate has been connecting the practical skills of the trainees with the theory. The training has been invaluable in showing them why things are done from an engineering and scientific perspective, without being too complicated. The awareness and motivation of staff has been lifted for the benefit of Impact Services, the employees and our client.” Andrew Mentor, Quality/H&S Manager, Impact Services
“The courses have been well prepared and delivered at a level suitable for ‘service persons’. The guys tell me that the knowledge they have gained has increased their level of understanding and awareness of industry procedures, particularly for work on watermains.” Sean McHenry,General Manager, C M Contracting Ltd
