Our compliance services are focused on ensuring our clients are meeting New Zealand legislative requirements with the Building Act 2004, Hazardous Substance and New Organisms Act of 1996, and the Resource Management Act, 1991.

Building warrant of fitness
Our systems facilitate full compliance for building owners with tailored manuals. We use a bring-up facility to ensure inspections are not missed, perform independent audits as appropriate, and secure approvals among our compliance services.

Fire evacuations
We prepare fire evacuation plans and procedures to allow safe egress in an emergency. Trial evacuations can be scheduled into inspection regimes to integrate all routine tasks on a single plan.

Hazardous substances
We provide site assessments and storage and handling requirements.

Resource management
Opus can carry out site audits to ensure all necessary consents are held, assess monitoring requirements, and undertake and report on monitoring requirements through a central database that we have developed.
