Western Bay of Plenty Performance Based Maintenance Contract, New Zealand

This is a ten year performance-based contract which is known as ‘Bay Roads’ and covers a combined State Highway and local road network of 1185 km in New Zealand's North Island.  It is a joint initiative between NZ Transport Agency and Western Bay of Plenty District Council (WBoPDC).
