Opus was requested to assess and quantify the condition of the Shire’s Community Halls for the purpose of developing a robust and sustainable works program for the preservation and upkeep of the community’s assets. Work included the compilation of a register of the Shire’s community halls, a condition appraisal of each building asset, and the development of a facilities maintenance work program.
