Opus has been providing comprehensive, multi-disciplinary services at Massey University’s Albany campus since its inception in the early 1990s.

Services provided for both the site and the buildings developed on it include master planning, resource management, architectural design, project management and full engineering services comprising civil, geotechnical, structural, building services and fire protection engineering.  The vision was to establish a centre for academic excellence on a 76-hectare green field site, integrating the natural and built campus environments.

Buildings on the campus have received a number of awards.
