The Royal Yacht Squadron project won the British Construction Industry (BCI) Awards, small project category 2006.

Opus was commissioned to design the marina alongside the Club House.  The design saw a series of caissons positioned on the seabed, linked together to form a “J-shaped’ breakwater.  The caissons were filled with ballast and a rock seawall created to protect the mooring pontoons. 

The new facility was opened by HRH Prince Philip.
