Opus carried out the architectural and interior design for this prestigious new office development located on a former industrial site in Luton.

Designed to a high specification, to serve as a new business headquarters, Premier Business Park comprises of an office and adjoining warehouse building with 12 further units for sale or lease to local businesses.  

The buildings comprises of structural steel frames supporting precast concrete floors which are clad in a combination of composite metal faced cladding panels. The inclusion of full height glass curtain walling timber and architectural masonry give a very modern and stylish appearance.

Opus also provided planning liaison, civil & structural engineering and highway engineering services for the development.  Additionally, a green travel plan to promote sustainable transport was developed and implemented for the site.
