Opus undertook a flood study relating to the redevelopment plans at Caernarfon, for Gwynedd Council and the Welsh Assembly Government (WAG).  The study included modelling of the River Seiont (Afon Seiont) to allow redevelopment of the St Helen's Road into Caernarfon. 

Opus is now scoping a regeneration strategy for the area compatible with the flood risks that have been quantified to realize the full potential of this gateway into Caernarfon and its designation as a World Heritage site.
